Yes, we offer professional embroidery services on the ball pockets of most bag models. You can choose from various fonts and colors to add your name, logo, or initials during the checkout process.

What is your shipping policy for domestic and international orders?

We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. International shipping is available to select countries; please note that customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

What is the warranty period for Vessel products?

Vessel offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

How do I clean and maintain my Vessel bag?

To maintain the premium finish, simply wipe your bag with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers. For white bags, we recommend immediate cleaning after rounds to prevent staining from grass or dirt.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

We accept returns of unused, non-personalized items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-embroidered products are final sale and cannot be returned.
